FERRO-GATES Offers a Wide Range of Warranty Conditions Depending on the Services Provided.

DRIVE WAY GATES & GALVANIZED FENCES WARRANTY

FERRO-GATES provides driveway gate warranty coverage for automatic driveway gates, metal pedestrian gates, and galvanized metal fences installed by our team. Our warranty terms are designed to protect product quality and workmanship.

We guarantee the quality of manufacture, installation, and long-term outdoor performance of our galvanized metal fences and custom-made outdoor gates. If a confirmed issue is covered by the warranty terms, FERRO-GATES may repair, reinstall, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue based on the scope of the claim.

What the Warranty Covers

Warranty coverage applies to key parts of the installed systems, including galvanized metal fences, gate frames, gate infill, posts, selected hardware, hinges, locks, and protective finishes. Because of this, clients receive support for both structural and functional components of the project.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

Warranty coverage begins after our team completes the work, the client accepts the project, and the client satisfies the final payment terms.

Coating and Corrosion Protection

Our products use galvanized steel coated with a protective polymer coating, ensuring long-term outdoor use without rust. Warranty coverage includes coating performance and protection against premature corrosion under normal operating conditions.
  1. Protective and decorative polymer coating must remain free from cracking and peeling under normal use conditions.
  2. The steel base must remain free from through-corrosion caused by oxidation.
  3. The protective and decorative coating must not show clearly uneven fading. We review claims if a person can visibly notice the color change from a distance of at least 12 feet.
  4. We consider uniform fading over time normal under long-term outdoor use, but we will review excessive or uneven fading.

Structural and Components Protection

  1. The warranty covers structural deformation that does not result from mechanical damage.
  2. The warranty covers gate frames and posts, and guarantees protection against through-corrosion for at least 10 years.
  3. Locks, hinges, and hardware components must function reliably under normal operating conditions, provided no external forces damage or obstruct them.

Workmanship and Installation Quality

FERRO-GATES delivers top-tier craftsmanship for automated gates and metal fences, ensuring maximum durability and flawless operation.
We provide a 2-Year Warranty that fully covers all installation and workmanship defects.

Warranty on Gate Opening Systems

The warranty for gate opening systems is provided by the manufacturer. LiftMaster, Nice, and Beninca systems include a 2-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. Mighty Mule systems include a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty.

How Warranty Claims Work

If the quality of the performed work or materials does not meet quality standards, we will identify and correct the problem in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.

The client must promptly report a warranty claim in writing upon discovery of the issue.

Then, after inspection, FERRO-GATES will determine whether the claim is valid and choose the appropriate corrective action.
