If, upon completion, the workmanship of your installation does not meet our strict quality standards, Ferro-Gates will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected product at no cost to you.
Warranty periods vary depending on the product. To ensure timely service, all claims must be submitted promptly upon discovery. After inspection, if a valid claim is confirmed, Ferro-Gates will repair, reinstall, replace, or refund the purchase price — at our option.
