Cantilever Gate Installation in Burien, WA

For this project in Burien, WA, we manufactured and installed a custom cantilever sliding gate with black TERRA slats. The gate was built with a custom locally welded steel frame sized to fit the property layout and provide long-term structural durability.

We selected a cantilever gate system for smooth and reliable operation without a ground track. This makes the system more practical for driveways where dirt, debris, moisture, or slight slope conditions can interfere with everyday use.

For the infill, we used black galvanized TERRA slats. They provide strong privacy, rust resistance, low maintenance, and a clean modern appearance. The slatted design also allows airflow, which helps balance privacy with better outdoor performance.

To automate the gate, we installed a Benincà operator with a wireless keypad access system for convenient and secure entry. The project also included integrated LED lighting, which improves visibility and gives the entrance a more finished appearance after dark.

We,ve installed fence and two pedestrian gates with Ferro-Gates
The materials are modern, grey color. This is the only one company near the Bellevue, WA, which provides not only black metal fence. The communication was very clear,an estimate hadn't any hidden parts, and it was pretty reasonable price for the fence and hardware they used for the installation. They probably spent more time for the gates installation on my property, than they expected, because we are pretty picky. But the result is exactly the same as I we discussed.
