Automatic Cantilever Gate Installation in Burien

For this project in Burien, WA, we manufactured and installed a custom cantilever sliding gate with black TERRA infill. The gate frame was locally welded to precise custom dimensions, ensuring a perfect fit, long-term durability, and structural strength.

The cantilever system was selected for its smooth and reliable operation. Because it has no ground track, it eliminates issues with dirt, debris, or snow blocking the gate. This makes it ideal for the Pacific Northwest climate and for driveways with slight slopes. Cantilever gates also require less maintenance compared to traditional track-mounted systems.

The frame was filled with black galvanized TERRA slats, known for their rust resistance and low-maintenance performance. TERRA slats provide strong privacy, modern aesthetics, and wind permeability, making them both practical and visually appealing for residential properties.

For automation, we installed a premium Italian operator by Benincà, along with a matching wireless keypad for convenient and secure access control. To complete the project and enhance curb appeal, we integrated LED gate lighting, adding safety, visibility, and a clean architectural finish at night.

Ferro System installed a privacy screen using the Tisa picket fencing, which is normally used for a standard fence. They were able to adapt to my request and built an outstanding privacy screen on our back deck. We,ve installed fence and two pedestrian gates with Ferrogates.
The materials are modern, grey color. This is the only one company near the Bellevue, WA, which provides not only black metal fence. The communication was very clear,an estimate hadn't any hidden parts, and it was pretty reasonable price for the fence and hardware they used for the installation. They probably spent more time for the gates installation on my property, than they expected, because we are pretty picky. But the result is exactly the same as I we discussed.
