FERRO-GATES completed a custom cantilever gate and metal fence installation in Maple Valley, WA with two automatic cantilever sliding gates, Benincà Hi-Motion openers, a matching pedestrian gate, and approximately 120 linear feet of ATLAS metal fencing in a dark brown finish.

This project was built as a complete front-entry and perimeter system for a residential property. The goal was to create secure vehicle access, separate pedestrian access, a consistent fence line, and a modern exterior design that worked across the full property entrance.

Two Automatic Cantilever Gates for Vehicle Access

This Maple Valley project included two automatic cantilever sliding gates. A cantilever gate system was selected because it operates without a ground track, which can be useful for residential driveways where surface conditions, debris, leaves, gravel, or moisture may affect a track-based sliding gate.

Using two automatic gates helped cover the required vehicle access layout while keeping the entrance functional and visually balanced. The system was planned around the driveway opening, gate movement, post placement, and daily access needs.

ATLAS Metal Fence in Dark Brown Finish

The project included approximately 120 linear feet of ATLAS metal fencing. This created a long, consistent fence line across the property and connected the driveway gates with the rest of the entrance design.

The dark brown finish gave the system a warmer residential appearance than a standard black or gray gate-and-fence setup. This worked well for the surrounding landscape and helped the metal fence feel more integrated with the property.

Matching Pedestrian Gate

A matching metal pedestrian gate was installed as part of the same entrance system. This created separate walk-through access without requiring the driveway gates to open for every entry.

The pedestrian gate was designed to match the ATLAS fence and cantilever gates, so the full installation looks like one coordinated system rather than separate gate and fence elements.

Benincà Hi-Motion Gate Openers

The automatic cantilever gates were equipped with Benincà Hi-Motion gate openers. These openers were selected to support smooth automated movement for regular residential use.

We,ve installed fence and two pedestrian gates with Ferro-Gates
The materials are modern, grey color. This is the only one company near the Bellevue, WA, which provides not only black metal fence. The communication was very clear,an estimate hadn't any hidden parts, and it was pretty reasonable price for the fence and hardware they used for the installation.
