Automatic Cantilever Gate Installation in Redmond, WA

For this project in Redmond, the homeowner was looking for a modern entrance solution that would be maintenance-free and provide full privacy. One of the key requirements was avoiding gate openers with chain-drive mechanisms, since chains can create noise and may require additional maintenance over time. To meet this request, we installed a quiet and reliable cantilever automatic operator BENINCA with remote control access, ensuring smooth and convenient daily operation.

The gate was built with a welded steel frame manufactured locally to exact custom measurements. This ensures excellent rigidity and long-term durability.

A cantilever sliding system was used for the installation because it operates without a ground track. This design prevents issues with gravel, dirt, leaves, or snow interfering with the gate’s movement, making it a reliable option for residential driveways in the Northwest.

For the infill, we installed galvanized ATLAS louvered slats, which are known for their corrosion resistance and low-maintenance performance. The slats provide strong privacy and a sleek modern look, while the louvered structure allows air to pass through, reducing wind pressure on the gate.

This project was completed with a wire keypad access system, allowing convenient entry for delivery services without needing a remote. To enhance aesthetics, we also installed integrated LED lighting, which illuminates the entrance and creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the evening.

Ferro System installed a privacy screen using the Tisa picket fencing, which is normally used for a standard fence. They were able to adapt to my request and built an outstanding privacy screen on our back deck. We,ve installed fence and two pedestrian gates with Ferrogates.
The materials are modern, grey color. This is the only one company near the Bellevue, WA, which provides not only black metal fence. The communication was very clear,an estimate hadn't any hidden parts, and it was pretty reasonable price for the fence and hardware they used for the installation. They probably spent more time for the gates installation on my property, than they expected, because we are pretty picky. But the result is exactly the same as I we discussed.
